DESCRIPTION
JC-TL is a joint venture, formed by Trueline Valve Corporation & JC Fabrica, aimed at supplying superior flanged ball valves to the North American market.

BRANDING STRATEGY
As a result of the merger, the companies needed to maintain three similar front-end websites (jc-tl.com, jc-valves.com and trueline.ca), available in a combination of three different languages (English, French and Spanish). The front-end websites are co-branded as JC-TL with static pages containing information on both companies, their joint venture, contact details and approvals/certificates, while the existing URLs retain the branding and logos of their respective companies.

WEB STRATEGY
The goal is to provide customers and distributors easy access to a dynamic Trueline and JC Ball Valve product database. The challenge for HTC is creating only one back-end IgnitionWeb portal to administer all three sites and all three languages. Administrators are able to manage the products, modify text on static pages, send email marketing campaigns and allow supervisors to approve content created by translators or more junior personnel.

Boutique Manager was customized to allow product display on any or all front-end sites, in a choice of three different languages.

RESULTS
Three easy-to-use and attractive trilingual sites, with clearly presented products and one uncomplicated back-end administration successfully carried Trueline, JC Fabrica and their clients through the merger while staying on-message.
