Library Manager allows non-IT users to publish and manage frequently-changing content presented in the form of classifiable articles and documents. Articles can contain short and long titles, summary text, full body text, inline images and links to online content, attached documents or rich media. Page template designs for each different section or category can be individually customized on the front-end to avoid the “template” look.

Library Manager supports Versioning and Collaboration, so that Administrators can revert to past versions and send current versions for approval before they are published. Articles may be composed using “What You See is What You Get” (WYSIWYG) rich-text formatting (RTF) and may be previewed online to ensure proper display before publishing.
